Shipping policy

  • Shipping Methods & Costs

    • Standard (2–7 business days): $12 flat or FREE on orders ≥ $100

    • Express (1–3 business days): $19.95 flat

  • Order Processing

    • Orders placed before 2 pm AEST are dispatched same business day.

    • Weekends and public holidays excluded.

  • International Shipping

    • Currently Australia only.

  • Returns & Exchanges

    • You have 30 days from delivery to return unused, unopened items in original packaging.

  • Refunds

    • Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued within 5 business days to your original payment method.

    • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Faulty or Damaged Goods

    • Contact us within 7 days of receipt at support@airzy.au. We’ll arrange a prepaid return and replacement or full refund.
