Welcome to Airzy Labs. By using airzy.au (“Site”) and placing an order, you agree to these Terms:

1. Definitions

   • “We/Us/Our” = Airzy Labs Pty Ltd, ABN 92 509 314 268.

   • “You/Your” = the customer placing an order.

2. Orders & Acceptance

   • All orders are subject to acceptance by us.

   • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

3. Pricing & Payment

   • Prices shown are in AUD and exclude GST.

   • Payment must be made in full at time of order.

5. Cancellations & Changes

   • You may request cancellation or changes within 1 hour of placing an order; beyond that, goods may already be in transit.

6. Returns & Refunds

   • Unopened products in original condition may be returned within 30 days.

   • To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods.

   • These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
